「Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention.」

「We had the first floor suite or mini apartment with fridge (freezer box above it) microwave, kettle, full size dishwasher and sink. They kindly left us a bottle of red wine and biscuits and two bottles of water. We went to Conad supermarket which wasn’t far by car, we are driving. Or Carrefour express within walking distance in town. Many restaurants locally. Being British we don’t like to eat late. We can recommend Centrale as they were always busy and cooked all day.

「Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Ein Parkplatz konnte für 10.- Euro/Tag gemietet werden und ist einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt.
Die angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 」

Buffet breakfast was grest.
Clean room with fresh towels each day.
Location was good, 15 stroll along the lakeside into Stresa.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite.
