"As a Gold member, I have stayed in many properties, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The biggest issue was the misleading location. We chose this property because it was shown on the map as being in the city center. In reality, it is far from the center, located uphill in extremely narrow streets that are difficult to access even by car. The address provided was incorrect, and we had to find the property on our own. Communication with the person handing over the property...
