"Lovely, traditional family ran Hotel, with a perfect location within Sirmione. Just a couple of minutes walk from the busy center, it is close enough, yet set back so quiet with lake side access. Would love to go back to Lake Garda, and Sirmione would most likely be where we went, and if we did- Then Hotel Serenella would definitely be where i would want to stay"

"Hotel was in a great location for old town, only issue we had was walking with our luggage through old town to get there as only certain cars are allowed in. Fortunately at the end of our stay we found one that collected us from the hotel. Room was good. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay there again"

"We had a view of the lake and it was spectacular! We visited in late August, which is "ferragosto", where essentially for 2 weeks, everyone in the country is on vacation and Sirmione was hopping. That said, the Hotel Eden has a private garage and is somewhat tricky to get to in busy times, however, the staff was very, very helpful and accomodating throughout. The wonderful, kind lady, Grazia, at the front desk was always cheerful and so, so helpful! She answered all questions, had great suggestions, and really knew all about the local area. She essentially "made" our vacation so special and wonderful. Please ask for her, as she is simply the best! Hotel was centrally located with easy walks to everything, including pier access for excursions. Air conditioning, which we were allowed to control, was a lifesaver and worked flawlessly, and Italy really knows how to do breakfast in the classiest way. I would highly recommend Hotel Eden and would stay there again, without question."

"The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The charming building has well appointed rooms - nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. We were traveling by car and they helped us with instructions for parking and getting the shuttle to and from the hotel. The breakfast was served in the restaurant nearby and was excellent. We would definitely stay there again."

"We had a great stay! 3 couples and 2 dogs. We were in 3 Lake view rooms with balconies. It was extremely hot weather while we were there so we didn’t make use of the spa features. We swam in the gorgeous pools and the lake from the jetty that extended from the property. We parked at the Grifo parking that provides golf cart service on arrival and departure (by far the best solution with the extremely narrow streets and tons of pedestrians!!) The only hurdle was that one person in our group arrived on a later day and, even though the parking was for the full stay, we couldn’t use the golf cart service for her arrival. The front desk and poolside staff stood out as exceptional. The included breakfast was very good."

"A truly special place. The staff are incredible and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay. The sun loungers on the lake are fantastic, with very attentive lifeguards who even move your umbrella to make sure you stay shaded. The thermal pool is lovely too. The breakfast is very comprehensive, with a great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks, as well as the option to order eggs exactly how you like them. The location is excellent, right outside the entrance to the historic centre. It’s also close to bus routes, making it very easy to get around, including getting to Verona. 10/10 experience. If we return to Lake Garda, we will certainly stay here again."
