"The pool and hot tubs were lovely. Very relaxing. But the room itself did not seem well designed. No place to hang clothes or robes, or towels. Three hangers, and no hooks in the room. The shower had a razer from the last guest resting on the shower seat, which made me question how thoroughly the shower had been cleaned. When I did take a shower, I was relieved I wore my shower shoes, and a large clump of hair floated from the drain. Staff is scarce. If you want to go to enjoy the mineral water in the pool and hot tubs, this is a great place to go. But do not expect this hotel to be super clean, or the staff to not be overworked. There is no one to police the rules, I had my slider open, and from below clouds of cigarette smoke from guests smoking outside. This is supposed to be a smoke free facility. I told the front desk and they shrugged. That made using the private hot tub on the deck more or less useless, unless I wanted to breathe in the cigarette smoke."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Carson Hot Springs. The warm/cold pools were definitely the highlight, as was the quiet location of this property. Our room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and we would definitely recommend it as a peaceful getaway."

"If you’re looking for the cleanest, the most comfortable, the best kept property, and privacy THIS IS ABSOLUTELY the place! It was an immaculate experience. My advise? Buy the breakfast - and yes get it delivered to your cabin. It’s 1000% worth it. Daniel is an AMAZING chef. Be sure to stop in to the office for homemade treats each day. Dora is so welcoming and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple’s retreat. We’re excited to come back someday!!"
