The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night

My stay at this property was very disappointing. The breakfast was not fresh and they were out of basic items like utensils and syrup cups. The staff was rude and came across as condescending during interactions. The entire hotel had a strong smell of marijuana, which made the environment uncomfortable. When I tried to check in, their system was down and they asked me to go get cash instead, which felt unprofessional and inconvenient. The parking situation was also concerning. The lot was crowded with people hanging around, smoking and drinking throughout the night. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car and had to check on it multiple times until around 4 am. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.

Appeared clean at first glance but quickly realized it wasnt as clean as i thought. The staff was pretty friendly. The key cards kept not working so they would have to redo them. The lobby and parking lot was clean. It wasnt thw worst but i wont choose them again unfortunately. Also i was able to book 2 adults and 2 children to a 2 bed room and then when i arrived they informed me they only accept a MAXIMUM of 2 people per room, this makes this place not a family friendly hotel.

Carpet was sticky and disgusting. Bed sheets and pillow cases dirty. Shower was outdated and disgusting. Water was terrible. Door was uneven so there was huge gaps. We only stayed for a few hours and just left.

The manager is awful, bad, terrible. Racist. Rude. Disrespect person. I was charged the full security deposit for no reason at all. Ive currently got pending investigation with my bank to have returned as I was not rightfully charged not to mention it was not only charged my credit card but also my debit so it was unauthorized as well. Walking in smelled strongly of weed and cigarettes despite the "breath in" signs declaring no smoking everywhere. From there, it only got worse. The top bed decor and the blankets were both ripped and stained. I took those off the bed but pulled back the sheets to reveal pubic hairs in the sheets. I called downstairs and the desk clerk said she was drying her hair but would bring them up. She never brought them and wouldn't answer the desk phone anymore. I called multiple times throughout the evening before finally giving up. In the morning, we also called for towels and washclothes and no one answered. We didn't even know what time breakfast was because we weren't given any information and couldn't get anyone on the phone or at the desk. Continental breakfast was lacking. The waffle batter was out, low syrup, only two muffins for the three of us, coffee out of order. I'm not usually a complainer but this place is awful. Even for the cheaper price, it wasn't good. I would never come back.

Usually we stay at cheap hotels when we are on the road traveling. And this one definitely qualified as that. However, this room was nice and clean, while I was short on towels and blankets, the front desk staff responded quickly. Best cheap hotel breakfast I've had in quite a while. Not a place you would go for a glamorous vacation, but definitely fits the bill if you're passing through.
