"The room was big and clean. Didn’t like no windows in the room to outside. No phone in the room to call front desk. The air conditioning was so cold and couldn’t regulate it. When we got back to the room it was freezing and the vent was all wet. It was 12am. Went down to the front desk (because you can’t call) and told them. They sent a technician at 12:45am.
