"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. "I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."

"Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "
