"Das Bad war total renovierungsbedürftig. Das Kopfteil vom Bett war kaputt und unansehnlich. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel heruntergekommen. Das Fenster konnte man wegen der Lautstärke von draußen nicht öffnen. Der Kaffee war nur lauwarm. Ich war vor acht Jahren öfter im Hotel Herbst und war immer zufrieden. Dieses Mal war es eine Katastrophe. Der Besitzer hat in den letzten Jahren gewechselt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt ganz und gar nicht. 120,00 Euro pro Nacht . Ein Hostel könnte nicht...

"We loved our stay at Louisa’s Place. The staff was so thoughtful and welcoming! A special thank you to Lea, who checked us in. The location allowed us to explore Berlin by foot and public transport. The U-Bahn is steps away. It’s a lovely, clean, quiet hotel. The suite was very spacious, much larger than we expected, and offered ample storage and closet space. "This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"Ich habe 2 Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Das Einzelzimmer war ausreichend groß und auch neuwertig. Wenn man eigentlich wert legt auf eine sehr ruhige Lage und 15 min. Fußweg zur S-Bahn ist das eine sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft für einen Besuch der Stadt. Die Gegend ist auch nachts sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war auch gut. Jedoch gibt es 2 Dinge zu beachten: Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, musste ich bei der Hitze das Fenster offen lassen und wurde an beiden Tagen sehr früh durch laute...

"Ich war zum 5ten Mal in 2 Jahren im Provocateur. Leider haben die Elemente die mich immer wieder in dieses Hotel treiben sich sehr zum schlechten verändert. 1. beim einchecken werden Zimmer verwechselt und man erhält ein Einzelzimmer ,statt eines Doppelzimmers , es gibt aber keine Entschuldigung oder Anmerkung hierfür. 2.man hat es sehr eilig beim Check in , leider wird man bis Punkt 15uhr vertröstet und Personen die danach kommen , werden vorher bedient. 3.Frühstück ist immer a la carte...

"Gute Unterkunft für Kurztrip"

"Very clean and peaceful. Such a different type of stay. The history and location are beautiful. Staff accommodated our late check in and were super friendly. The individual cabins, like an Olympic Village, were perfect. We loved the peacefulness in the evening, quiet road for a morning run and the beauty of the place. Cannot wait to return on our next trip to Germany!"

"The rooms are basic but functionally though there is little-to-no sound-proofing so if you have loud neighbors… The breakfast is not worth adding but the Einstein staff are very friendly. You will have to pay for room cleaning unless you have a week or longer stay but fresh towels and other stuff is available. My room code stopped working one night but the cleaning staff helped me out and casting to the TV really doesn’t work."
