「They have the best staff. Very helpful with whatever you need. Large room with balcony and beautiful view. The restaurant on the hotel ground is wonderful. The whole staff made sure ee got exactly what we wanted and the way we wanted it. Domenico was especially attentive. We loved our meals there, and were sad to leave the Hotel.」

Angenehme Zimmergröße, Zimmer schön kühl, Klima habe ich nicht benutzt, da es auch noch einen Deckenventilator gibt. Der Ort kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Nette Aussicht vom Frühstücksbalkon. Leider hat der schöne Marmorboden im Zimmer einige Macken/ Löcher so daß man Barfuß aufpassen muß.Sollte mal ausgebessert werden. 「Ich weiß nicht , wie ich anfangen soll, weil mir einfach die Worte für den Zustand des Hotels fehlen. Der Sauberkeitsstandart wird nicht nachgegangen. Es sind überall Schimmel-ÜBERALL! Es ist da so dreckig, dass wir sogar Haarstoppeln im Badezimmer hatten. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Hotels.com konnte uns da auch nicht weiterhelfen, obwohl wir 5-6 Stunden telefoniert haben. 「I booked this hotel towards the end of a 3 week trip all over Italy. I wanted a relaxed pool day for my teens and the beach. Hotel has amazing accommodating staff. We had free parking , included was a beautiful and delicious breakfast at their patio restaurant. We spent the next day at their beach club 5 min walk from hotel. Beach lunch was delicious and the beach was spectacular. Location is 10min drive to Soverato but we chose to stay in Montepaone and their charming town and local beaches.」

Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. La région n´a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes en revanche l´hôtel était bien et le gérant particulièrement sympathique et très agréable. Contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans la description, l´hôtel ne comporte aucune piscine. 」
