"Front desk was very kind and welcoming. Room was not very clean. I did not sit on the couch due to stains and smell. Carpet had nasty stains, wear shoes!. Outlets in bathroom and near vanity did not work. had to get ready in the kitchen with no mirror. Same day as check out I realized we left 2 of my Husbands Tommy Bahama shirts hanging in the closet. I called and was told nothing was found. HMMMMM I guys a maids husband is enjoying them now. KARMA"

"Pros: Staff is very kind and accommodating! The swimming pool is very nice and heated and the jacuzzi is nice too. Lake is pretty. Cons: Continental breakfast is literally just fruit, hard boiled eggs, tea/coffee, and some not very good pastries. Disappointed with the breakfast. Also the fitted bed sheet kept coming off the bed after we untucked the main blankets because it’s so thin (I can’t sleep with the big blankets tucked in). The hand soap bar in the bathroom is not good it leaves a waxy feeling on your hands and then the shampoo/conditioner/body wash they provide in the showers is literally just tiny travel size tubes. I only stayed here one night so it was fine and the price is cheap, but I wouldn’t recommend for a multi night stay."

"Everything really good about the hotel except for television. You can get information on everywhere except California… where you are staying. Absolutely zero business news. Now Fox business, Bloomberg or CNBC business news. No Stanley cup hockey or local election news."

"I love this hotel. I love balconies, i have stayedhere a dozen times. I must say though they need showers poolside (so people can pee). Bathrooms and showers are upstairs outside a gate ... too far "apparently" for people to go to pee. I always wonder what pharmaceuticals can be found in pools like this? All they need is a little shower supplied with a hose attached to one of the many palm trees poolside; $30.00 bucks tops. I dont put my body in pools like this. This is the adults only pool. Kids poool lets not talk about. At least most kids to need meds. I just watched the people and they never go anywhere besides in and out of the pool. Humm i do wonder... yuk!"
