「I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional. 」

「The hotel is beautiful. The staff truly is amazing. I found it a little pricey for meals & laundry service but I readily admit the service reflected more than appropriately. The beds are an area that definitely need attention (very hard), the tvs are a little small and limited. But the pool is top notch, the hot tub was fantastic, the service was the best I’ve ever had in any hotel. Over all, the people that work there make that place worth the stay. Thank you!」
