「Overall the property was fine. Decent quality for the price. However, the room we got smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. They changed the room without issue but that was a downgrade and because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t give a rate adjustment at the front desk. So all they could do was a 20% discount for the next stay in that hotel. Expedia prepay was the problem. I’m disappointed. 」
