「The hotel is under renovation. We only know that after our confirmation. No lift, hotel offers to transfer the luggage to second floor. The smell is terrible, the a/c needs to turn up high to get rid of the smell. Although the room is big, the room layout is not user friendly, you can only wash your hands outside the bathroom, only one hook for hanging the clothes with bathroom. Close to McDonald’s that you can have breakfast there」

「Small, noisy but comfortable rooms. Very minimal no fridge, microwave or bench/chair. Great spot to access downtown Hood River. At checking we were handed our key cards and they said have a good stay. No instructions of when pool, sauna was open. No instructions about when and where coffee was an available. We were able to take our own drinks up to the roof top because it is not open for drinks or food yet.」

「I had an amazing experience at Cascada Spa and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to truly get away and relax. We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was such a nice surprise to find a small gift waiting for us in the room. Everything is designed beautifully and feels very luxurious. The spa itself is incredible, and I especially loved that it wasn't crowded. The quiet policy in the sauna and jacuzzi area on the lower level makes it so peaceful and really...

「Check in was smooth. David was helpful. Thin dinner menu, but Sunday breakfast was generous. The pool was clean. Parking was easy and the area was quiet. The halls had new carpet. The bed was comfy. That said, the room was stuffy and I could not get the window open. It appeared the fan on the wall unit wasn’t working. Also the curtain would not close fully.」
