「We booked a king bed and when we got there, someone else was in our room. We had to go to the only room that was available which was a queen. I don’t mind, but they refused to adjust our rates so I basically paid for another couple to stay in an upgraded suite. The staff is also lacking in manners and were very unhelpful. The entire place smelled strongly like broccoli and remained that way for the entirety of our stay. Not sure how well our rooms were cleaned as there were a bunch of random...
