"I am a 5'1" elderly lady. I had real hard time getting into bed because they are soooo far off the floor. I have bad knees and couldn't kneel to get up on bed. They need to consider that or at least have a stool for someone with this type handicap. Also the tub felt very slippery like it had shower gel on it after someone had showered. Not good for elderly for sure. "

"Check in was easy and super friendly. They are currently remodeling. It’ll be nice to see the finished product if I ever get back there to stay. Room was okay. Not the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Needs a lot of updating and some new fixtures. The tub fixtures are getting corroded and the tub faucet is hard to turn off all the way to stop it from a steady drip (which gets annoying to listen to). The furniture is starting to fall apart too. The coffee table legs are not very sturdy. "

"It’s my first time staying a quality hotel. They’re actually quite nicer than I thought it was a last-minute reservation for work. The only thing is that the janitor was not friendly. I woke up a little late. He kept knocking the door. I told him I woke up late. I’ll finish up fast and he keeps saying the check out was 11 and that was 1120a lol to be fair I understand it was late Cut me some slacks because I literally got off work 5 AM and I checked it at the hotel almost 8 PM when I reserved it...
