「选择这间酒店作为我目的地婚礼使用的酒店是经过一番选择的，但实际住宿体验并不很满意。最大的问题在于热水供应。在我们没有做饭洗衣服使用热水，仅使用了一次洗碗机的情况下，当晚我们6个人入住，我是第四个洗澡，洗到一半突然没有了热水。第二天是我的婚礼，我不得不用冷水冲走泡沫，而我的老公当晚没有热水洗澡。而由于晚上8点后，客服电话就不会再有人接听，我们没办法得到任何帮助。虽然第二天客服很快回复说热水系统正常，可能我们白天用热水太多，但我们觉得难以接受。这间酒店注意事项很多，我们尽力遵守每一条，但一本书的注意事项，都不能提醒一下热水的使用问题吗？如果酒店可以允许6人入住，但一使用任何热水，就不够洗澡，我觉得非常不合理。在之后的几天，我们几乎不敢在洗澡以外的时候使用任何热水。」
