"Room was extremely nice, unexpectedly with a well-furnished kitchenette. Good HVAC, overall very quiet room even though next to elevator (#514). Valet service was friendly and prompt. Found a great restaurant (Heirloom) in the neighborhood, which was full of them. Blake lobby had a restaurant of its own, but it seem to close very early."

"Our stay was for our grandson’s Bar Mitzvah And the room was comfortable and quiet. We hosted a wonderful brunch the following morning and it was delicious. Dorie, the catering manager, was spectacular. A great stay!"

At the front desk, Nilda does an incredible job handling multiple responsibilities with ease. Her ability to multitask while prioritizing guest safety is commendable. She brings a calm and friendly presence that enhances the overall guest experience. Pedro, the supervisor, also deserves recognition. He consistently goes beyond his duties to ensure the property runs smoothly and that all areas are properly maintained. His hands-on approach and attention to detail reflect his strong commitment to both the staff and guests.
