「The staff was friendly and super helpful! This was a last minute trip to check out colleges for my daughter. Wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful with all of our questions about the area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We felt safe which is a big deal on the road.」

「The best part of the check in was Tammy at the front desk. We arrived late and she was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Jaime at the bar couldn't have been more friendlier while catching a few minutes of the NBA game. The morning staff was helpful as well. Texas Tech is a short Uber drive or walk away. The only ding I’d say is it would be great if Marriott provided a shuttle to the Texas Tech area. Definitely recommend staying here for your next visit to the Lubbock/Texas Tech area. 」
