「Clean room and the sleeping areas with good size. The bathroom was average at best. Shower was just OK. Overall quiet that has a potential to be a little bit louder. It busy The property doesn't have a river going through it like the picture shows」

「After being booked here after Expedia overbooked at the place we were supposed to be. The young gentleman greeted us and explained all the amenities available. Drinks at the bar were perfect. The food was exceptional. I would recommend people to stay here if they are planning to visit Grand Lake」

「Room did not have any air flow and slept hot all night tossing and turning then woken up to large gap in curtains that let the sun shine in your eyes while trying to sleep. Showering let off a bad bad smell of mildew. Beds were comfy and check in was easy.」

「Our stay was enjoyable and the property offered an amazing view. The room was clean and the bed sheets were fresh, which we really appreciated. The only concern we had was that when we opened the drawers, there was noticeable dust inside. This caused us to cough and sneeze a couple of times, though it settled quickly afterward. Aside from that, everything else was comfortable and we had a good experience overall.」

「I would have loved to stay here longer to take advantage of the great amenities and awesome location! This is a superb home base to explore Boulder and the surrounding areas, and you can come home at the end of the day to a hot tub & pool, a roaring firepit, and comfy seating indoors in the lodge with beer on tap. Apparently there’s also a slack line - we’ll definitely be back!」

「This property has a lot of potential, unfortunately the owners do not invest in it. While I appreciate that it is a lodge and has the charm of a cabin/camping feel, it is very run down and not maintained at all. The grounds need serious attention - there are weeds everywhere, trash, and are just overall unkept. Spider webs are all over the buildings and entryway/doors. The room was filthy and doesn't properly get cleaned. The floors clearly haven't been cleaned in ages, our socks were filthy...
