"Property is spacious. Room was very clean. Heater and water temperature worked great. Only issue was that upon arrival, the door to my room was unlocked and the lock did not work. I called the number provided and maintenance arrived promptly to try to fix the issue. After not being able to fix it, I was offered another room. "

"The property was completely misrepresented based on the photos provided by Hotels.com. I couldn’t have been more disappointed when I arrived. I strongly suggest you look into this as no one would ever stay at this property based on the presented photos vs actual property."

"I loved my stay here--an old-fashioned hotel but with amenities and a great location--couldn't be better. It was unseasonably warm in March (in the 80s),which made it a different experience from what I expected--they have two fireplaces in the lobby with all kinds of comfortable seating, but it didn't turn out to be the right season! The views were great, the history fantastic."

"The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower is in an awkward place. The shower does not have much pressure so you need to stand close to the shower head. The soap/shampoo dispenser is right at face level in the way of the shower head. It would be a much better experience to relocate the dispenser to the opposite end of the shower away from the shower head. Thank you"
