Comfortable clean hotel.
Room was SUPER clean! Suite was spacious. Front desk associate, Money, was extremely kind and helpful. (I think she’s the manager.). The cleanliness of this hotel is the main reason I book here when traveling to Pinehurst.

From the second I checked in, the front desk agents were very attentive. They text me throughout my stay to make sure everything was well, they even brought extra towels to the room within minutes of me calling. It was an excellent experience! I will be returning!

Nice place to stay
The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything looks newly updated except for the TVs which is a little strange. The shower head was very high which made it difficult for me to adjust the water pressure. The breakfast wasn't so good - the eggs and biscuits were overcooked. This was a bit of a disappointment since I usually really enjoy a Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

Upon arrival, Shaniqua texted to assure that we were satisfied with our room. She was timely in bringing up a crib for our baby to sleep in. She was polite and friendly. The room was very clean and we were pleased with the amenities in the room. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Golf trip
When our granddaughter plays in golf tournaments at Pinehurst, we always stay here. The staff is friendly and professional. It is the perfect location to golf courses, restaurants, shops, etc. the free breakfasts are awesome. We will be back in a few months.
