"Super clean and easy access from airport. Rooms in the out building where we were lack soundproofing so you can hear your neighbours. There is only a light sliding door to the bathroom so there is absolutely no privacy from the bed. Room is tiny but great bed and fine for 1 or 2 night stay over. Nice to have a kitchen for morning breakfast but coffee machines were not working and could not figure out how to get the microwave to work. Again, we were in the rooms in the extension at the back… I suspect the rooms in the main building are bigger and better bathrooms."

"We had a two night layover in Reykjavik and I could not have been more pleased with the hotel. From the reception area to the room itself the breakfast bar and the beverage bar every staff member was as accommodating as you could possibly want. The rooms were good sized with a large bath with separate tub and shower. Should I return to Reykjavik which I would love to do, I would certainly book again."

"I was traveling with two others, and each of us had a different room. We couldn't get the elevator to work, and since there is no one there when you check in, we had to carry our bags up the stairs. One of the rooms didn't appear to be clean (the small hotel shampoo and conditioner was half used, and one of the towels felt damp. Again, since there is no one there, it was difficult to have anything fixed... especially after a long flight. The room I was in was very dark, there were hairs on my sheets, and there was shampoo or soap on the shower floor so I almost fell in the shower. I cleaned the floor and then I was fine. - but it was clear that the floor in the shower wasn't cleaned before I arrived. If you just need a place to sleep before you head off on an adventure, then it's ok, but I wouldn't stay more than one night."

"Room was on the warm side....had to keep the 1 small window open all day/ night....but then heard construction noise. No air flow...but we had little travel fans that helped. Water pressure and Temp for shower just ok. Otherwise everything good. Happy for the espresso machine in room! Provided extra pillows as I requested... comfortable clean bedding. Like the beer garden too."
