「The room was fine nothing special but the check in after 9pm was terrible! They use a virtual assistant on a kiosk that was very glitchy! On top of that she came me a key to a room that was already occupied!」

「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...
