「This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). 「Parking was awsome... staff was super nice and friendly... did not like the fact that I have a service dog and the pet friendly rooms are the smoking rooms. I have a toddler and we dont smoke. The couch smelled like an ashtray , the curtains were super yellow and stained and the room smelled horrible. The base bored were messed up and the sink had a Crack in it, the shower rod was broken. I feel like since it's a smoking room the room is not well kept. But the staff is amazing!」
