「There is No POOL. Hot tub only. It was frustrating to know that once we go there. Also the pool table is in the bar. Not available on Sundays that was also disappointing. The room was clean. The TV was also frustrating and took us forever to figure out how it worked. My husband had to unplug it and plug it back in. Breakfast was good. They staff was friendly.」

「Check-in in person was miserable. She was unhappy and tired. We reserved two rooms a month ahead and requested a hall-end room because of our two sensitive dogs. They gave us a room 4 rooms down from the hall, which was an end-of-hall room. Our dog kept barking all night because all the doors were closed loudly. The other room was not cleaned at all. The bed sheets were not clean, and the floor was horrible. We could not sleep at all. We have never had a hotel experience like this before. I...
