「With a makeover and some tasteful touches this place would be incredible. The people who work there though were incredible. It was a really big space that just needed a good scrubbing and revamp and it would be so phenomenal. Thankful for my stay. 」

「Clean, modern hotel. Good location. Good value. However valets and bellboy completely ignored us. We pulled up at the front door where uniformed men standing around looked directly at us and walked off. We unloaded our suitcases ourselves and checked in. 「The residences itself was not bad but the check in experience was hell as they claimed they could not find my reservation n threatened to kick me out after checking me in!, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia. Address host told me the only way forward was to get Expedia to cancel the reservation and I pay them directly which I did but it took time to resolve. 「First apartment they gave me was extremely noisy because of constructon working just in front of the window ( impossible to sleep ). After complaining, the second day, they have given me another apartment, very spacious and of higher level. So I can say very nice staff ready to help.」
