"The air conditioning in our room didn’t work very well. We asked to have someone look at it, but didn’t notice a difference. We were also hoping for more fresh fruit options. There were only apples and cut up oranges. The canned pineapple and fruit cocktail were not appealing options. Friendly, helpful staff and the kids area was cute! We didn’t make it to the pool but it was being used by a few families."

"This property was so magical my 2 year old loved the splash pad and pool. Room service was very quick and food was amazing overall a 10/10 and would definitely recommend booked another trip here in 2 weeks"

"Let me start off by saying I love it here. I left my expensive eyeglasses here , called 10x days later and they had found them. I have stayed here several times. The free desert was fabulous!the only con I had was the phone didn’t work in the room and there was no ironing board in the room upon my arrival. I wish the rooms had microwaves, but as I was leaving I saw several in the hall, so it must be by request."
