"Hotel was good. Huge DECA convention so a ton of loud kids running up and down the halls at times. ART was completely unreliable for getting to Disneyland. We ended up making the 20 min walk nearly every time because buses were not running or just came down to the round about and left without coming to the stop in front of the hotel. Would seriously reconsider staying here if the bus is part of your Disney plan. "

"Peter was great at check in. After a night out I needed assistance to my room and a staff member whose name I did not get, he helped me to my room safely. Everyone was very kind and helpful."

"Stayed at this property a few times because of its proximity to Universal Studios. They have a shuttle, but you could even walk, we will be back."

"The overall stay was great Clean and up to date rooms. Could use a bigger TV. Front desk staff were quick to help with some billing errors and explaining all adjustments. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you get $25 daily to use for dining and gift shop which came in handy for beverages and evening snacks. Overall, my daughter and I enjoyed our birthday week stay. "
