"A member of the staff, in all likelihood housekeeping, stole personal property from our room. Upon discovery of the missing property, we notified management. An investigation commenced. We are in the process of resolving this matter. However, this experience has clearly colored our opinion and experience of the hotel...."

"Everything was good except when I used one of the towels and saw a stain. I’m not sure if it’s clean or not. Another is a stain on the bed sheet. So that’s the reason I gave 4 on cleanliness. Staff was nice. Parking is good as well. But also full during morning hours til 430 cause of an event being held for a week. "
