「It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. It was clean fresh and hot. 」

「Staff was helpful and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was very low. You had to stand under the shower head a while just to rinse the soap off your body. The light at the room entrance was like a strobe light. For a king size bed they gave you four of the smallest pillows you ever did see, plus they were like sleeping on pebbles. Breakfast was so so. We will not be stopping at this Best Western any time soon.」

「The breakfast food was good. There was a lot of trash near the back entrance all weekend long. The stats were very professional and nice. My room was clean, but there was an issue with the ironing board time to replace the ironing board.. parking was good」

「I had recently stayed at and IHG in Memphis and was really impressed but the one in Texarkana not so much. My room smelled like old musty body odor and the carpet was kinda dingy. I think they should take the carpet out and just have tile. The staff was nice. The stay was good but could’ve been better not worth the price I paid 」

「Nothing worked! Door to parking lot key access would not work door had to be propped open. Tv in first room did not work nor did the air conditioner. Moved to another room which I didn’t notice had a queen bed which my husband is tall and always sleeps in a king. There the tv by the bed didn’t work either so no tv in bed. Breakfast was the same each day, eggs, biscuits, bagels and sausage. Apples and oranges but no bananas. Coffee was great! No I will not stay there again, workers for the...

「Overall the hotel was as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleanish, though we found some stains on bed spreads. We didnt look closer to see if old or new from not washed. Id recommend if you are passing through as we were.」

「Something weird happened with our reservation but kind and helpful host upgraded us to a bigger cabin. The floor isn’t level but the cabin was clean and perfectly sufficient for our needs. WiFi didn’t work well for us. 」
