「Property needs upgrading. Carpets in hallways and lobby are dirty. Furniture and cabinets were beat up and need replacing. I had to change my room due to a brown substance in the bathtub which looked like feces. The drawers on the dresser in my room would not stay in, because the floor in the room was so uneven that it caused the dresser to lean forward. Drawers kept coming open by themselves. The drawers are a hazard. Bottom line, my stay was not pleasant.」

「I reserved 2 queen beds and was told to tell Expedia their website is wrong and that accessible rooms are not two beds, only one. So needless to say, I didn't get 2 beds. I was offered a room with a king bed and when I opened the door to the room, someone was in there sleeping. I was given a room already given to someone else.
