「We had an overall average stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean, and daily housekeeping service was excellent, very consistent and thorough. The bellhop service was also good and professional. However, the ongoing construction on the hotel grounds was quite loud and became annoying after a while, especially during the day. It definitely impacted the overall experience. We also ordered room service one evening. It was inconvenient trying to locate the menu, even with the QR code system....

「The room was clean and looked new. However the shampoo and conditioner in shower was empty. The room had wood floors and thus was noisy when people walk around above you. There were lots of teenagers running and talking in hallways until after midnight 」
