"Good: close to downtown, free breakfast, free afternoon snacks and live music, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bad: parking cost an extra $59 a night, rooms outdated, with items in need of repair, examples drains very slow to drain, damage fixtures, most outlets did not work, outside windows dirty, black spots on ceiling(mold?), room floor not clean, empty soap container, one morning no hot water, alarm clock with non working charging stations, one out of my 4 day stay no house keeping service, only dumbbells in the gym , no sound proofing, etc"

"The price (other than parking) was very reasonable, and it was close to Disney Springs! Overall, the condo was great. We loved the balcony, kitchen, and how clean everything was. The size/crowdiness of the property, however, was undesirable for us. Parking was also very expensive. The road construction going on also made things very chaotic. Due to so many options in this area for similar prices, I probably would not choose this location again. "

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not clean including the lobby, room and balcony. Also, staff are not friendly, parking is valet-only at $40/day which you’d need to pay if you have a car despite being perfectly capable of parking your own car, and they charged a $35/day resort fee despite offering no real amenities. On top of that, we paid a $460 deposit at check-in. Overall definitely not worth it."

"I had mixed feelings about my stay at Fontainebleau. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a luxury property. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not reflect that same standard. The hallways were dirty, with trash left out and debris on the floors. Even more concerning, basic maintenance seemed neglected — signage was falling off the walls and an exit sign was left sitting on the floor, which felt both unprofessional and unsafe. The elevators were another major issue, with wait times reaching up to 20 minutes at times. On top of that, there was no control in the hallways late at night — children were running and screaming around 1 AM, and there was no visible security or staff addressing the situation. Overall, while the rooms are nice, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and oversight throughout the property really took away from the experience."
