「The washroom floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were splatters of coffee (?) on the floor that were impossible to not notice. MORE IMPORTANTLY: I left a $60 item in the room. I know EXACTLY where it was when I left it, yet when I phoned the hotel to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me, the answer was that no such item was found. 「Pool and slide great for families with young and older kids. Different style of pool with no large area for play. Breakfast was ok, something off about the chunked eggs and sausages one day but the omlettes and sausage patties the next day were way better. 「This is a busy hotel. We have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel is starting to show signs of wear. Our room had many patches on the walls that were unpainted. The bathroom amenities were missing and the kitchen utensils were also missing. Staff was happy to give replacements though.」

A sold couple asked for help with the water machine and the guy just went nerd explaining how it works with the screen and never took rhe 1 minute or less to just show them how is done. The old couple were just standing and watching and didn’t understood the thing. Then other guy tried to get waffles and screwed up the machine, the guy came and disconnected and left it there...
