"This whole place is not good and safe feeling. You don't check in at the lobby. The check in was in a random hallway, the door was locked some random person let us in. The area that used to be for the soda and ice machines was turned into the check in desk. No computer, no bell, nothing but mold growing on the wall. My wife and did not stay at this hotel. We left and went some place else. Now I'm fighting to get my money back."
"Only one staff working , no maintenance, no managers , just ONE front desk clerk who did her best to hep everyone . The room I was placed In 2 queen bed with a pull out for 3 kids and 2 adults the toilet did not flush the handle was broke . Front desk was informed she brought a plunger lol I told her it’s not stopped up it’s the latch she tired for about 10 min at Around 845PM my kids was sleep she said welp I don’t know what to do our maintenance don’t have a car and we are sold out …… she said the might give you a little refund … “might”??? Umm she said I’ll let you know when you comeback inside . She then said I was able to get another room but it’s ONE king bed and a pull out and I can probably give you a roll out bed …. So I had to wake all my kids up and pack and move to a different room on a different floor . Checking out there was no staff around where I could ask about the refund , the number that texted said to respond to this text nobody responded and they don’t answer the phone . "
"1. No pets permitted
2. No free breakfast of any kind
3. Room was barely cleaned up next morning- beds were not turned down, towels were not replaced, and coffee/cups were not replaced or cleaned - just minimal garbage & dirty towels taken out.
4. Beds did not appear to have comforters (flat, sheet, and very light duvet-like blanket?)
5. No vending machines or ice machine on my floor
6. Literally a 5 min walk from my lobby to the room, no alternative/convenient entrances.
7. The rooms are dated and SMALL - I had to request maintenance to com caulk the bathroom spout.
8. Curtains do not fully close - bring something to clasp them together if you are unlucky enough to have a lot of light come through the window.
9. No menus or any tourist attractions - they kinda want you to stay there
10. The lobby stinks of chlorine; their pool is adjacent and mostly kid friendly only goes about 4 1/2 feet deep.
… I’d write more but I’m out of characters"
Comfort Inn & Suites Clarksville - Louisville North
2/10 Terrible
"Terrible. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, not only was I awoken all through the night because the walls are paper thin. The neighbors continued to hit the wall right at my bed causing me to wake up multiple times, including waking up my daughter. Then, in the morning I go to shower and the bathroom is freezing, because there is no way to heat it only the room and 1 thermostat. Sadly I took the complaints to Management but they refused to speak to myself or Expedia. Despicable "
"Decently clean room (some stained linens). I liked the room layout (partition between couch and bed area, vanity separate from rest of bathroom)
Staff was ok. A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund
One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open. There's a lot of danger in this world and anything could happen. I think new doors for the facility would go a long way to mitigate this risk "
"Room was clean and bed and linens were comfy. It was as to be expected (would have preferred a slightly lower rate for the conditions overall). Staff was chill and friendly. Breakfast was lame. "
"Clean room, nice staff, tractor-trailer friendly, pool was okay(not heated), laundry only one washer worked, but they had serval dryers(both free). Only big downside was the floors was so thin so u heard everyone above you not the hotels fault people need to have more respect for other guest. Overall I’d book here again"
