「Excellent hotel - rooms are big, clean and beds very comfortable. Reception on duty (Krystyna) was fantastic - extremely warm welcome, friendly and helpful. A real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately both the quality of food and the service in restaurant were not as high as in previous stays. Very slow service - drinks took an age to arrive - requested condiments never did arrive. Food wasn't great - despite being told pizzas were thin base they weren't - thick and doughy and not nice. Could...
