"What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking. "Met our expectations for a convient place to stay without leaving Hanoi Airport..The place was clean, with room for our luggage.tight bunk bed setup was fun. We understood that there was no shower nor bath and the bathroom was shared.Will do this again."

"Very close but to the mall and train station and in a busy area, trains throughout the city are a must and once you’ve got your head around the lines/locations your good to go! So this place is in a good locale, members of staff continually cleaning bathroom facilities, nice small lounge and kitchen. Reception 24/7 and very welcoming. "
