「This is an older hotel, very close to the High Street and a short walk to The Priory and waterfront. The room was very nice, large bathroom. The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable but we were only there for two nights. I loved the tea set up in our room that included a variety of organic teas, fresh milk, kettle and cookies. 「Great 2 night stay, lovely room with a beautiful view. Ideal location for us as visiting family in Southbourne. Lovely food, I had the chicken and ham pie both nights, it was that good. 「Very small car park and was a problem on arrival , no spaces . Is sorted by staff but does seem a constant problem. Will definitely go back , views amazing, spa lovely, come home feeling totally relaxed 」

「Such a lovely place to stay, inside it was all decorated giving a very warm autumn feel, the room was lovely, Jane and Ged were absolutely amazing, so hospitable and genuinely lovely people, breakfast was perfect, it was on another level for me, as I am in the area for work every 5 weeks I will definitely be hoping to stay on a regular basis from now on. 」
