「The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. 」

「They claimed it was a renewed hotel, it was older than before when it was called Baron Cove. Old rooms, old showers, I tried taking a shower then bathtub wasn’t passing the water down, the bathtub got filled up quickly with water. The pool looked tired, the service at the pool was horrible, staff didn’t know the menu. Disaster. So sad for this hotel as it was a classic back in the day.」

「An easy comfortable clean place to stay in Hampton Bay. It has a pool and lawn chairs and it’s right on the inlet of the water. There’s a restaurant with music a few doors away serving hamburgers and wine, etc. There is parking on the premises they have a continental breakfast consisting of bagels, yogurt, and a energy bar, which are all delicious. Check-in is not until four, which generally is a little bit later than most hotels which is three. But all work and there’s plenty to do nearby in...

「The Shorewood “Inn” is an old worn out Motel. Tiny box of a room with coils in the bed that squeak. AC unit was so loud. Air was stale and smelled. Nothing seemed clean. Wondered when was the last time the AC filter was changed. Bathroom and tiny shower can only be described as “icky”. Do not make your reservation here.」
