"This was my second stay, the room was missing the usual shower cap and the bath shower gel bottle was empty, the guide button on the tv didnt work either. Carpet by the bed was Threadbare, breakfast i feel could be a bit better, only fried eggs out, maybe put scrambled too for people who want a more healthy choice, that said its such a peaceful hotel, didnt hear any noise and bed is super comfy!!"

"we really enjoyed this hotel. They had an a spa that was included that had a steam room, sauna hot tub and a pool. We missed the Michelin star restaurant but the other restaurant on the sixth floor was also very good. Very spacious rooms with good views of the harbor we would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."

"We didn’t have Breakfast as meeting up with relatives at Restaurants in Bishops Waltham and Winchester. However, it was a quiet and peaceful Hotel in lovely Grounds with friendly staff and accommodation suitable for most stays at reasonable prices. Cruise packages would be an excellent reason to book this Hotel."

"Easy check in with help on hand, room was nice, comfortable and had a great TV. Dinner was fine, bar staff friendly and breakfast perfect. Car park gets busy with Gym users, but found a space easily enough."

"Avoid this accommodation like "The Plague" The front door wasnt' secure. The side gate was off its hinges therefore the code supplied was useless! The 2x side entrances were open (anyone could have walked in off-the-street and gained access! My room(No.10)door key-pad didnt respond 2 the code I was given. A resident gentleman I spoke with told me "they" the owner/s property management were always extremely slow to replace the batteries in the electronic key pad & they regularly failed/ran out? When I(eventually)got through to the contact number I was given (should there be any issues?) the lady said she hadn't actually visited this property ,hence couldn't be of much assistance? She did say someone from housekeeping would be present in a few minutes & may be able to help? After 25mins I got sick of waiting & booked into a proper hotel in the city centre at a great additional cost! I wished i'd just stuck to the latter choice initially following my stressful ordeal! Never again!!!"

"Quick checkin, friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect spot to stay overnight before catching a cruise from Southampton. Shopping center and many restaurants within walking distance too."
