「Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). She said it happened day before also. Need a better system, irritated after a long day of travel. Quality Inn brand has not been good for us. Had an issue this year also with one in IL.
