"The reception staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming and gave great recommendations for the local are. The rooms are fantastic. Lovely shampoo etc, the only downside was there was only 1 washing machine and dryer. Given this was Rotorua, I’d expect more machines as everyone wants to get the sulphur out of their clothes. Great hotel, good parking, very pleased. "

"Room a bit small but ok for single person on a business trip. Shower VERY small. Clean and quiet with comfortable bed. Easy walking to Eat Street and other activities. Disappointed that Pools were closed for maintenance"

"Beautiful hotel. There was a mix up with check in. I was told that I coujd have early check in by Ella through email. But when we arrived, there wasn't any record of it. So we had to wait over an hour before our room was ready. Other than that, it was pleasant "

"Very reasonably priced accommodation, not too far from town and things to do but also plenty of good recreational options if you didnt want to venture out with the gym being one of the better equipped hotel gyms ive tried. A bit dated but thats reflected in the price, staff were great"

"We took our grandkids. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room had 2 x Qeen size beds. The hotel facilities were good. We all enjoyed hot swimming pool and spa. The hotel is about 10 min walking distance from city centre. Overall, we had a wonderful time. "
