"The car park had very good electric charging at a range of speeds. Parking for hotel guests was in competition with the large conference suite and the leisure club; once conference-goers left there was more space. The room was nice and leisure suite was good. Food was excellent though the hotel ignored my attempts to book a table for dinner until the day of our arrival (I used the messaging process and the form on their own website) and the bar table was not really to our liking (noisy surroundings due to lots of hard surfaces). However staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
Breakfast in the restaurant was good; good food and attentive staff."
"We had a great stay, very clean throughout. Large comfortable rooms. A/C and fridge would have improved it. We enjoyed the live music in the bar and the food was good too."
"Nice hotel however there are things I would have expected in the room like other hotels. You don’t have a decent coffee/espresso maker like other hotels we have stayed in. Instead they give you the instant coffee. The fan to help keep you cool is very small. The last hotel we stayed in prior had the Dyson cool fans in the rooms."
"The room was really clean and so big! There was even an ironing board. It is an old building but for us it was okay! Close to everything and beautiful view from the room."
"Ms Sylvia was very kind. She helped us find a great place for dinner, Lowery’s. The breakfast was the best one I had in two weeks of traveling. We had a great experience staying at Ach Na Sheen."
"Clean, lovely place within walking distance of local attractions. Staff was so helpful - Alastair at the front desk gave us excellent tips for safety at our next stop in Dublin, and the waitress in the bar took great care of us. All staff was wonderful, but those two stood out."
"The service was perfection! The breakfasts were so enjoyable with wonderful variety. Our special dinner at the Lady Helen was beyond excellent! A very special memory for us, indeed!"
