"Hotel was excellent, great facilities, gym, spa etc. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Restaurant breakfast was delicious, wide choice of food. The bistro bar was great for evening meals. Great choice and well prepared and presented. Staff at the hotel were most helpful."
"They provided a fan in the room, which was welcome given the temperatures. The staff was very helpful, including the restaurant and the bar. The food was actually some of the best we had in Waterford. Great Kitchen. The location was within walking distance of downtown so that was nice too. Parking was great."
"Great hotel, stayed here many times. Short walk to the centre, direct regular bus transfer from outside the hotel to and from shannon airport - route 343, cost €8.60 one way.
We booked an exec room which gives access to the exec lounge, offering here is a little basic but the room is nice. My only feedback would be to suggest that the coffee machine in the room needs updating."

A little noisy at night with traffic on main road. No elevators.
Availed of amenities. Had reflexology. Good in restaurant was very tasteful. Staff were lovely. Chef delivered meal.The garden was beautiful.
