「This was such an amazing stay and I wish I could've stayed for longer! Right near the sea, serene atmosphere and area, so beautiful. The staff, volunteers and guests were all amazing! Cute animals are there too :) Overall just so enjoyable, peaceful and beautiful, close to the pier I needed- very underrated area so it was nice and quiet. 「It was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and it was still great. If you take the shortcut, the hotel is just five mins walking distant from the exit 1 of Phuket airport (international terminal). 1 mins walk to restaurants, a convenient store (7-11) and massage parlours. If you will walk for 5-10 mins towards Main Street (which is away from the airport), it is a busy area where you can find a variety of restaurants, convenient stores, two supermarkets that are open 24-hour, a few pharmacies,...

「整間飯店的工作人員都非常友善，樂於助人❤️ 飯店距離熱鬧的卡倫海灘不遠，步行可到。附近有許多餐廳可以選擇，商店及藥局也一應俱全。 我們入住後，孩子就因為感冒病了，所以無法好好享受設施與環境。為了照顧孩子我們幾乎都待在飯店裡面，直到退房當天孩子好多了，但旅遊也結束了😂 感謝飯店服務人員對於我們的關心！」

「作为新春全家出游的选择，poppies基本达到了我们的期许。入住时，房间靠近马路，晚上噪音不少。但James竭尽所能为我们更换了房间，让我们非常感动。酒店的各项设施都很不错。最让我们惊喜的一是酒店的餐厅服务特别是早餐极其出色，二是酒店员工都乐于助人，服务态度都极为优秀，三是酒店整体环境很好，闹中取静，能在苏梅岛日益嘈杂的环境中找到这样一片小屋实属不易。当然也略有不足，一是随着苏梅岛的发展，24间房的差距可是显现，明显前后排的入住体验还是有很大差距的。二是服务还是以欧美标准为主，对于日益增加的中国游客需求可能还没能适应，全店没有会说中文的员工，年夜饭的套餐也不太适合中国客人的需求，明显不如酒店原有套餐吸引人。三是由于接待量有限，有时提出一些要求也无法一时满足，比如只能2人，不能3人同时做按摩等等。不过相信在James的带领下，poppies会保持现有水准，越来越好。」
