「I was traveling with my family. We stayed at the sands Khao Lak for 3 nights in a pool access room. My girls loved the slide pool, the weather was so nice and the buffet breakfast was good enough. Overall we loved our stay at the Sands Khao Lak 」

I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms...
