Menger Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Loved it!"
Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk
10/10 Excellent
"The property was convenient to Riverwalk. Clean, great entertainment"
Hotel Contessa
8/10 Good
"Love the location, but the upgrade to a Riverview put us above the tree tops so we didn't get to see the river. There was some issues with the room, but we were only there two nights and gone a lot. Beds were very comfy. The pool area was kind of messy and crowded. Seems smaller than I remember."
Omni La Mansion del Rio

Padre South Hotel On The Beach

"Old hotel, but still good for an unplanned get away, short walk to beach and nice views."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk

"good service and breakfast"
Sand Rose Beach Resort
8/10 Good
"It is in a great location. The room ( partial view of the ocean) that was originally given to us smelled like mold it had mold in the tub, outlets, switches, dust on the sprinkler system & fire alarm. And some light bulbs were out in the room and in the patio. We brought this to the attention of the staff & we were given another room which was so much better. But there was black mold in the tub. I also brought this to the staffs attention. The breakfast was ok, the eggs were a bit watered down. Coffee was weak. When you go into the dinning room there is another part of the kitchen where they will make fresh omelets for you they way you like it. Which in my opinion were really good. This hotel’s pool is really small & can get really crowded. The outside is very well kept & beautiful. There are 3 restaurants on the property they all stop serving food at 9pm. The private beach was beautiful my kids & I had an amazing time, they do have umbrellas & chairs there you have to rent them if you want to use them. Over all we had a great time, but the rooms need to be better kept for the price."
Hotel 1914 - Historic Alamo Riverwalk, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"It was a comfortable stay. The hotel and the room were clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast left much to be desired, nothing fresh, no fruit and lots of processed carbs and powdered eggs. My room was on the 7th floor which had steps, leading to the rooms, so it was no fun carrying a suitcase up and down those stairs. The hotel was in walking distance to all attraction downtown, which I appreciated. I felt safe."
