「We are an older couple staying for a couple of nights and the room was meant for a family with little children as the toilet was very small and extremely low, the sink was lower for easier child reach and there were NO support in the form of bars or anything else for older individuals. This needs to be noted by staff checking people in. The room is not very comfortable or safe for older individuals.」
