「Nice room 」

「We weren’t in town for any good reasons, just for family in the hospital, but this hotel and its staff made our stay in Sioux Falls so much better. Everyone was so friendly and smiling when we passed them in the halls and at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were very clean, as was the whole hotel. The breakfast bar was definitely one of the best we have had at a regular hotel and the staff wrote fun notes on the yogurt cups and banana peels; there were also smily faces on the oranges....

「It is an older hotel, shows it wear but clean and everything in working condition. Free breakfast had adequate selection and was refilled as needed. Staff was attentive, had easy check in. 」

The management for the evening was fantastic, but not so good during the morning hours especially during breakfast… He had the same gal doing the laundry and the breakfast… They seemed a little understaffed. Certainly not fluid and a little awkward when things were addressed.」
