TV channel selection is pathetic, it’s 2026 we should be able to select a channel without scrolling 1 by 1 through the whole list. The channel variety is also terrible, hardly any sports channels and unable to watch playoff hockey.

To understand that the pullout bed will be used and they would have the bedding’s already placed in the room instead of having to go to the reception and collect it, esp when you have a late midnight ...
