「Clean and comfy」

「Conveniently located to shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Texas Tech campus. The front desk attendant was very nice, polite and did a great job. The room was clean, pool was clean. We stayed here a few years ago and it was in much better shape. This time we stayed it could use some updating.」

「Older hotel that could use some spiffing up.」

「The property was good. The cleanliness of the room sucked. The bed smelled like urine and a dead fish. I was tired and needed sleep so I didn’t ask for a room exchange. I showered in the evening and had to shower again in the morning because the smell of the bed was so rank I could smell it on my body. I feel like I should be refunded or the hotel should make things right with me.」

「The staff who assisted me during check is was pleasant however, she」

「Breakfast needs improvement. Perhaps a different vendor or supplier. Especially the coffee.」
